Payment

You can pay for your subscription via Stripe, Bank Transfer or through AfterPay in instalments. Please note that there are various conditions governing the payment of subscription fee to Start My Business.

- Your initial acknowledgment and agreement with our terms and conditions is imperative prior to the purchase

- Your acknowledgement that opting for AfterPay, delivery of final services/products will not be available until full payment is made through the instalment plan.

- Your final recognition and acceptance of our right to alter and upgrade the subscription fee* at any given moment in time without prior notice.

* The new subscription fee will become applicable once the ongoing subscription period expires.

Refund

At Start My Business, we give priority to our customer’s satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality services. However, no refunds will be issued once the order has been placed. In case, you’re involved in an instalment plan and want to cancel your future payments, we may consider cancelling them based on the amount of work completed at that time.

The cancellation of future payments varies by case and will be thoroughly evaluated before a decision is made. The request must be submitted via email at support@startmybusiness.au .

Personal Information and Membership

Please note that in the process you may be required to share your personal information, including but not limited to, your full name, username and address, contact details like phone number, email address, mailing address, social media profiles, along with your location etc.

You are obligated to share accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as required by Start My Business. In case of providing misleading, incomplete, outdated personal information that is found to be incorrect, Start My Business holds the right to discontinue its services with you indefinitely.

Upon purchasing the subscription and finalising your registration on our website, you will officially become a member of Start My Business. However, your position as a member will only last until the expiration of your subscription period. Therefore, you may have to renew your subscription from time to time to continue accessing our services.

Moreover, please note that if you are under the legal age and barred by the laws of any country around the world, including Australia, you will not be allowed to access our services or register an account on our website.

Responsibility of The Members

All members of Start My Business are requested to select a difficult password and ensure its protection and confidentiality at their own discretion. Sharing of your subscribed account, email address, and password will result in immediate and indefinite cancellation of your membership

However, in case where your account shows signs of malware, viruses, and any form of unauthorised access by any external, harmful, and anonymous source, you are required to immediately inform Start My Business of this suspicious malpractice and security breach.

Furthermore, no member is allowed to engage in activities that are in direct contradiction of our services, or go beyond the scope of services and features we provide.

Start My Business holds complete rights over its website, services, and any other intellectual property (available online or offline) associated with the company which are protected under copyrights recognized by Australian law and other legislative treaties.
